You must be authorized by your organization (tenant) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that: - You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. - You have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your organization. - Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes. You will not: - Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. - Use the Service to transmit, store, or process illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts. - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service. - Overload, interfere with, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. - Use or attempt to use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission.

All intellectual property rights related to the Service—including software, content, branding, and documentation—are the property of BREV BİLİŞİM A.Ş or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted under these terms or with our prior written consent. You retain intellectual property rights over documents and content you upload to our system, and you grant us a limited, non-transferable license to process this data strictly for the purpose of providing the Service.

Tenant-provided documents are used solely to deliver AI functionality to their authorized users. These documents are: - Processed into vectorized embeddings for efficient retrieval - Stored based on the terms agreed with the tenant (on their infrastructure or our secure servers in Türkiye) - Not used to train machine learning models - Not accessed by or shared with other tenants

Our collection and use of personal and telemetry data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of data as described in that policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not responsible for: - The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs - User decisions or actions taken based on AI assistance - Delays, outages, or data loss beyond our reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BREV BİLİŞİM A.Ş shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination: - Your right to use the Service ceases immediately. - Any data or uploaded content will be handled according to the terms agreed with the tenant and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post any revisions on this page and update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
