Tenant-supplied documents: Uploaded content which we process by converting into embeddings (vectorized representations).
Telemetry data: Anonymous usage statistics and performance metrics to improve reliability and functionality.

We do not collect or store chat or message content from Microsoft Teams or the web interface.

3. Document Processing (For Tenants)

Tenants may upload data and documents used for answering user queries.
These documents are transformed into vector embeddings and stored either:
On servers hosted by the tenant, or
On our secure cloud infrastructure located in Türkiye, based on the business agreement.
The documents and embeddings are used only to deliver functionality to the tenant.
We do not use tenant data to train machine learning models or share it with other tenants.

4. Microsoft Teams Integration

Our integration with Microsoft Teams follows Microsoft's guidelines and permissions. We access only minimal metadata, such as user email addresses, for authentication and service operation.

We do not access, store, or log Teams message content or other private communications.

a. Anonymous Traffic Data

When you visit our website (https://sufle.me and https://sufle.ai), we may collect non-personal, anonymous traffic data such as:
